DIRECTV Ranks No. 1 in Customer Satisfaction Two Years in a Row
DIRECTV has been ranked "#1 in Customer Satisfaction Among Satellite/Cable
TV Subscribers" for the second consecutive year, according to J.D. Power
and Associates' 2003 study. DIRECTV received the highest overall score-118,
compared to an average of 94. This marks the fourth time in the past two
years that DIRECTV has received the top ranking in national customer
satisfaction studies. In May, DIRECTV was #1 in the American Customer
Satisfaction Index (ACSI) for the second year in a row.
